CareNorth Health System

In 1997, St. Luke’s partnered with the primary care clinics of Northstar Physicians and the specialty care clinics of Northland Medical Associates to form the CareNorth Health System.

The partnership adds strength and stability to the individual practices–allowing all providers to treat patients with their own personal philosophy while adding the benefits of being part of a system.

St. Luke’s Center for Diagnostic Imaging

CDI is a leader in providing high-quality, cost-effective diagnostic and therapeutic radiology services and patient-centered care.

St. Luke’s Foundation

St. Luke's Foundation is a $6.5 million Foundation that provides financial support to further the goals and objectives of St. Luke’s in the areas of patient care, health education and clinical research. During 2002, the Foundation provided more than $450,000 for projects at St. Luke’s and in the community.

Pavilion Surgery Center

A 50 percent joint venture with certain licensed health care professionals, the Pavilion Surgery Center provides ambulatory surgical-related services.

Whiteside Institute for Clinical Research

St. Luke’s and the University of Minnesota Duluth School of Medicine are partners in the Whiteside Institute for Clinical Research. The Institute conducts patient-oriented clinical research with special emphasis in the areas of cancer, lung and heart diseases.

Lake View Memorial Hospital

Lake View Memorial Hospital is a nonprofit organization and an affiliate in partnership with St. Luke's in Duluth.

Since 1956, Lake View Memorial Hospital, located in Two Harbors, Minnesota, has cared for the residents of Two Harbors and Silver Bay, Minnesota, and the surrounding areas. The hospital offers a wide range of services, including 18 acute-care beds, outpatient and emergency services, an outpatient specialty clinic, a 50-bed skilled nursing facility, adult foster care and assisted living home care services.
