It is located on the north side of U.S. Highway 2 between Culver’s and Ashland Honda Toyota.

The clinic features lakefront views throughout the building. There is a convenient covered drop-off location for patients and ample parking. A variety of medical services are provided at the clinic including family medicine, physical therapy and 3D mammography. The clinic opened in mid-March.
