Education and support for people with diabetes

Diabetes comes with its own set of challenges. St. Luke's Diabetes Care Program can help people with diabetes live their best possible life through education and support.

Our Team and Services
Since 1991, our program has been nationally recognized by the American Diabetes Association, showing the outstanding care we can give through our certified diabetes educators, registered nurses, registered dietitians and licensed psychologists. The services we provide include the following:

  • Education for people with type 1, type 2 or gestational diabetes
  • Classes for people with type 2 diabetes
  • Nutrition counseling and meal planning
  • Instruction on blood glucose monitoring
  • Instruction on insulin pump therapy
  • Education on the latest technologies
  • Continuous glucose monitoring sensor
    • Downloadable meters and pumps
    • Counseling services
  • PACE (Professionally Assisted Customized Exercise)
  • Endocrinology
