What does St. Luke's Patient Portal do?
St. Luke's Patient Portal gives you secure access to portions of your medical records to:
- E-message your doctors
- View test results
- Request appointments
- View billing statements
- View your medications
- Look up immunization history
- Receive preventive care reminders
- Update your contact information
- View and print your health records
How do I register?
You may register one of two ways. You may complete online registration or request to sign up at your next appointment at any St. Luke's clinic.
Is the Patient Portal secure?
Yes. St. Luke's has taken great care to ensure that your health information is kept private and secure. Access to your personal health information is controlled through secure personal IDs and passwords, and the account cannot be accessed without the password.
Is access to the Patient Portal available through an Apple or Android app?
Yes, you can access the Patient Portal from your Android® or Apple® phone or tablet by downloading the Healow app, short for Health and Online Wellness.
What if I forget my PIN when logging into Healow?
Click on "Go to Patient Portal" button on the bottom of the page and then click "Devices" on the left menu bar. Select "Retrieve Pin" and your PIN should appear.
How do I update my personal information?
- Once you are enrolled, log in to your Patient Portal account.
- Click on the Account Information links on the left side of the page.
- You can update your personal information and change your password using these links.
How do I request an appointment with my doctor?
Log in to the Patient Portal and go to the "Appointments" section on the left-hand side. Click on "New Appointment." You'll be asked to fill out information such as which doctor you'd like to see and appointment times you prefer. Click "Send" to submit the request to the clinic staff.
Who do I contact if I have technical questions about using the Patient Portal?

Your Electronic Health Record
When can I see my test results?
Your test results are published to the Patient Portal by your doctor after he or she reviews them. Most test results are on the portal within one business day after the results have been received by your doctor. If you have questions about your test results, call your clinic.
Why are certain test results not on the Patient Portal?
Your doctor determines which test results are available on the portal. If results aren't published, please contact your clinic.
Do I have access to all of my medical records from each clinic?
The Patient Portal is part of the St. Luke's health care system and provides easy, one-step access to your medical information. Your records from each St. Luke's clinic are included in the portal.
Accessing Family Electronic Health Records
Can I view my child's health information?
Yes, if your child is a minor under the age of 12.
Can I use my Patient Portal account to ask questions about another family member's care?
Patient Portal accounts are private and intended for the personal health needs of the patient. Questions about care must come from the patient. This applies to spouses as well.
