Hip Fracture/Orthopedic Program

The Hip Fracture Program focuses on a successful recovery.

Highlights of Program

The rehabilitation program includes exercises to help you regain mobility, balance and strength. You will be assessed and provided with needed adaptive equipment such as a walking aid (walker, cane or crutches) which you will use after discharge. Training for use of adaptive equipment or techniques during daily activities like bathing, dressing and toileting will help minimize your need for assisatance at home.
