Wade

Wade D. Kubat, DO

Dr. Kubat received his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences (formerly the University of Health Sciences/College of Osteopathic Medicine) in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his internship, general surgery residency, and fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and has received extensive training at the Medical College of Pennsylvania, Deborah Heart and Lung Center, Cooper Trauma Center and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Kubat was twice named Surgical University Hospital Resident of the Year and recently received the 2009 National Plastic and Reconstructive Resident Achievement Award. Dr. Kubat is dually trained in general surgery and plastic surgery, and is currently board certified in plastic surgery.





Saldana

Edgar Saldaña, MD

Dr. Saldaña, board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons, received his medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his general surgery residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, New York, his plastic surgery residency at the St. Louis University Health Science Center in St. Louis, Missouri, and his plastic surgery fellowship at the International Craniofacial Institute in Dallas, Texas. For the past two years, Dr. Saldaña has been recognized by his peers as one of Duluth's top plastic surgeons.










Michelle

Michelle Bolhman, Licensed Medical Aesthetician

Michelle received her aesthetician's license from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. After working in the spa industry for five years, Michelle joined St. Luke's Plastic Surgery Associates, bringing her extensive knowledge and experience of skin care to the surgical team. As part of the team, Michelle is able to offer the benefits of medically-based skin care products and treatments not available in traditional spa environments.
